These terms apply to your use of sfhomeimprovement.com, run by Safe Home Improvement, a division of Almarza Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this website or sending us a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The content here — service pages, guides, cost ranges and calculators — is general information to help you plan. It is not a quote. Your price comes from a written estimate after we have seen your home.

Please only send us your own information, keep it accurate, and don't use the site in a way that harms it or other people.

Estimates and in-home visits are free and carry no obligation. Sending a form or booking a visit is not a contract, and you never have to sign anything at the visit.

If you hire us, the work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets the scope, price, schedule and warranty, signed before any work begins. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

Program: Safe Home Improvement estimate and appointment updates.

• How you join: by checking the optional SMS box on one of our estimate forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• What we send: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, follow-up messages and service-related updates about your estimate request.
• How often: message frequency varies depending on the status of your consultation request.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
• How to stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. To join again, reply START or check the box on a new request.
• Help: reply HELP, call us at (786) 983-7928 or email sfhomeimprovement@sfhomeimprovement.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
